  I went there today and arrived 5mins to 5pm. But I coudn't get inside through the main door because one of the csr a chinese guy andy weng? Not sure if I read his name correctly was discussing to a customer and tries to lock the main door refusing the customer to get inside for he had said that they close at 5pm. And I don't know if how long they've been having a discussion and if they close at 5pm that time its not 5pm yet. And so the customer left with a dismay and Im next to him and said right to my face we're close right now and I said what time and he said 5pm and I said its not 5pm yet and he replied I can't let you in because I just refuse with the other customer. For me that guy was rude. Ive been with rbc for a long time. And that's not the right way to treat your customers. I think I'm gonna start closing some of my accounts with you guys.

  This branch is busy but very slow .not tomany helping customers.poor service

  Have ben dealing with the RBC for over 30 years at this branch. The people are very knowledgeable and have helped me many times in unforseen circumstances. The homeless are more noticeable in the last few years but have seen them around many businesses in the downtown core. Thats Life!!!!!!!

  i frequent here as the business i work for has me do daily deposits. The staff are always super friendly and recognize me. the place is usually busy but i know they try their best to be kind and respectful despite the area and people that come in. I only have one issue and that is with one of the newer staff members i noticed really needs an attitude change.

  An amazing woman who has been with RBC (for 25 yrs!) helped me to track down documents and saved me a huge banking fee today. I am a Starving Student so it was greatly appreciated. The service was fantastic. She was kind and efficient. It was a great experience.
