  Restaurant itself is clean and bright, but the food is mediocre. There wasn't much flavour to the burger (I had the BBQ Bacon Burger) and the fries seemed on the verge of undercooked.

  Store though is nice, clean, and enjoyable with an appeasing menu. Also they forgot the bacon on my burger and tried to give it to me after I finished my burger.

  It's fast food burgers on a scale under a & w quality. 3rd time there but the burgers taste pre frozen, ingredients are Mediocre and buns are what you get at a grocery store and not brioche.

  Been disappointed and wishing I went somewhere else. I will not return I figured I would give it a few months but there has been no improvement.

  While the restaurant itself is bright and clean, and the menu looked really promising, we were very disappointed by the burgers themselves. We built two burgers, and the patties were unseasoned, bland, and looked and tasted like the pre-formed burgers you would get from a grocery store freezer section. While the buns on the menu look like they are brioche, we had white hamburger buns that were one of the same brands you can buy in local grocery stores. The toppings were fresh, the cheese was real, but it didn’t change that the base product was simply uninspiring. Since this is explicitly a burger joint, I expected the burger to be the star of the show, and it was extremely disappointing.

  Great burgers with great quality toppings. Friendly service and clean dining room.
