  Beer Hunter is my local, I’ve never had bad service. Staff are polite and friendly (sometimes a little understaffed). They try to be fast in getting you served.

  Canada is known for its diversity but and has a lot of immigrants but the staff here did not make us feel welcome. We were kicked out of the bar saying that we were drunk just because we denied to pay the bill of the table who came in before us. We were ready to pay our bills including a soft drinks that some of us were drinking (we were not all drunk even though they accused us of it). The security guard (i think his name was Yano) came to our table and told us to leave immediately when we were in the midst of paying our bill. He didnt listen when we told him we were trying to pay and escorted us out. When outside he said we didn't pay because we are coloured and it's in our culture to be cheap. We said it's not true and without listening (again) he began taking pictures of us and our license plates and threatened to call the cops. Instead of arguing with him further we decided to wait until he went back inside before we went in to pay. So we waited a few minutes and went back inside to pay and instead of being appreciative or apologizing he said in a very condescending way "you only came back to pay because I called the cops on you" and continued calling us cheap.

  On first look of outside I thought oh no another dive ...don't judge a book by its cover this is one hidden Edmonton gem you must visit if headed to West Ed Mall it's right nearby!

  We all work in a renowned hotel in Manager positions and we were shocked the way we were treated. Anyone who works in customer service should know that this was not right.... the worst part was the Manager (I think his name was Denver or Devon) came out and he was not much better. He automatically started accusing and pointing fingers at us like we had done something wrong which, again, is terrible customer service.
