  Bought a small 20$kit that had severa pieces, when I got home I realized a piece was missing. When I called to confirm if they had the piece I was missing they offered to drive it half way to me. Met who I am guessing was the owner in the parking lot who apologized and gave me the piece and spare parts as well.

  Went to pick up some studded tires. It was the owner who helped me. Very knowledgeable, Lots of helpful advice, very friendly. The only bad thing is for my wallet... I'm pretty sure I'm going to go back and buy another bike!
