A few weeks prior I brought my KHS road bike into the store to have some work completed on it, at the time they where unable to find the parts online and informed me that they would call the following day to let me know the price of the repairs. After several days passed I had not received a phone call, I went into the store to inquire with staff to which the informed me they simply forgot about my bike. I found that as a new customer to this store the service was extremely poor and staff never once made an attempt to approach myself to apologize for the forgotten service.

I remember getting my skates sharpened there when I was a kid. I live in a different city now but was recently in Edmonton, and stopped by the new store, the staff are incredibly friendly, they had everything I was looking for, and the prices were fantastic. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Edmonton.

Waited an hour and a half for skates to be sharpened, no warning or how long the wait. The guy in line right before had come and gone in fifteen minutes plus others who came in after. I know for sure that tree pairs were pushed ahead and being in first trimester of pregnancy, with stomach cramps and bad nausea, I’m not a happy camper.

The best place to buy hockey gear, been coming here for 20 years since it was at the old location... great staff, friendly people, good prices!

Recieved a quote for modification of my Gary Fisher Platinum... always confident with the suggestions and the quotes come in consistently reasonable.

Furthermore, I walked into the store in hopes of trading in my new bicycle and purchasing a new one. After approximately 10 minutes I was approached by a sales associate only to be referred to another, which clearly did not care about making a sale or educating me on the type of bikes they offered. After several more minutes awaiting an appraisal I was offered $40.00 which was found insulting, for a KHS road bike. When asked why, they where not able to give me a direct answer. I felt as if staff weren't knowledge and did not care to put any sort of effort into helping customers. Would not recommend. Revolution cycle is close by and would totally recommend.
