  Just recently a tent a bought at MEC was starting to rip at the zipper seams. I brought it back and was out of the store inside of 10 min with a brand new replacement tent.

  Definitely the best MEC in the Edmonton area in terms of selection. MEC has moved heavily in their own brand and other options are available in store but keep in mind it is now more of a brand store than a variety when it comes to clothes. Also, for those that don't know, membership is required to shop. $5 at the time of this review.

  MEC has a great selection, fair prices, and really helpful staff. But my top reason for buying here has to be the return policy. I've bought a lot of things at MEC, and most work great. On the occasional item that fails early, I've had nothing but positive experiences with bringing it back.

  High quality outdoor activity products that have never let me down. Customer service is also top notch with knowledgeable staff and a very generous return policy.

  Great selections. More than just a bike store. Open concept. Staffs are very helpful. You need to get a membership for $5 to shop there.

  Went to this place with a buddy after Sportchek and Atmosphere gave abysmal customer service. Looking for biking shoes. The guy that helped was amazing at his job. Really knowledgeable and was excited to talk bikes. He used to downhill bike but says he can no longer afford it, this is the place to go.
