  Excellent service from everyone involved in the bike shop. It was obvious I didn't know cycling at the level the guys in the shop have but they made me feel at home and helped me along the way to buying a bike. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend to anyone.

  This is a great looking shop, with truly beautiful bikes and gear. Unfortunately I attended with my 10 year old daughter, and we were not made to feel welcome. Single male stasff member at the front did not greet us or acknowledge us, which was disappointing. When we walked into the back three staff members looked at us, but no one said a word...it was a very awkward moment, which I ended by returning to the front and leaving the store. On the way out we were thanked for coming in at least. I have heard several very positive reviews, but my experience was disappointing. Your mileage may vary. I'll give them two stars just for the quality of their gear, but based on my experience I will go elsewhere for my next ride.
