Would definitely recommend buying a bike here, they also have financing options, so if you don't have all the money in hand to buy a bike you can still get it, and there is no penalty for paying it off early (I paid mine off in 4 months instead of the 3 year term).

My first time at this store and have to say I was very impressed. The customer service was top notch from the time I called in to place some skates on hold till the time I walked out of the store. If your in need of any hockey gear you have to go see Tyler in the hockey dept. The guy has amazing customer service skills and his knowledge towards skates and the hockey gear they sell is very impressive. Does not push you to purchase anything you don`t need and was only there to help you with all the questions you have.

Very large store with every item you could ever want, knowledgeable friendly staff. But the prices are way too high, and they are incredibly selective with taking in items on trade ins

Quite disappointed with the decline in quality of their skate sharpening over the last few years. It seems a fresh sharpening only lasts for one skate and then the skates lose their edge. Also, as I've only sharpened my skates here, I've now realized they have rockered the blade so badly I barely have any blade-ice contact anymore. Disappointed to see that my skates were slowly damaged every time I got them sharpened.

Bought a new mountain bike here in May, I was given amazing service by the sales person who was extremely knowledgeable. Since then I have had brought my bike in with small issues or the service department and they have been so great fixing small things for free under the First Year Free adjustments. They also do a great just b of showing you the issue so you know how to fix it the next time.

Went to try on another set of x-country ski boots (needed a bigger size). Landon was awesome - available, helpful, and service oriented. Love these guys!
