  The bad: unlike literally every bike store in the world, they don't allow you to take a bike outside for a test ride before buying it. Ridiculous.

  Just bought my new Cruiser from Western Cycle. The staff are so friendly! As soon as I walked in 3 people said hello to me right off the bat. I was then quickly directed over to Daniel who was going to show me the bikes in the show room. I already had my bike in mind. He quickly tracked it down and had everything adjusted for me. He also helped me pick out my basket and held different colors up to see what matched better (yes, I am THAT person). I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. So impressed, and LOVE my new bike. Thank you guys again!!

  I came in there on my way home from work because my tire was flat and they are conveniently on my route. I was looking at tire pumps and immediately was recommended the most expensive one. Whatever. That's fine. I decided to buy it because of the warranty it had. When I realized I didn't have my wallet I panicked, all sweaty and wanting to get home. When I kindly asked if they would please just give my tire a little boost and I would be back to buy this, this guy, who I wasn't even dealing with in the first place, goes, 'well yeah for $5.' I just said I didn't have my wallet and I pleaded to just pump it up a little, which would take 5 seconds, and they wouldn't. I can pump it up at the gas station for $1, why in the hell are you charging $5 for air? Regardless, I will never go back even though it's the most convenient shop to me. Had they said no problem, I would have come back later that day and they would have made money off of me and this way they get nothing. Some people just really don't understand business and economics and just being HUMAN!!

  Got my folding bike here. Great selection of bikes. The staff are helpful, although it took a few minutes before a staff approached me even when it wasn't that busy during the time I visited there.

  Fabulous customer service! We were helped immediately upon entering the store. Adam (our salesperson) was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to properly fit our son for his bike. We will definitely be returning and recommending this establishment to family and friends.
