  I’ve bought from many dealers including Derrick dodge and great west they we’re both horrible experiences and would never recommend them they both treated me like they were doing me a huge favour and I was getting a great deal and should buy their car.

  Service department has always been great. I regularly take my Jeep here for its oil changes through the quick lube lane and have always been happy.

  This dealership is COMPLETELY the absolute WORST in the industry!! I deal with them indirectly on a business to business level and have had nothing but uncooperative, could care less, disrespectful dealings with them every single time! No I haven't purchased a vehicle from them and NEVER will based on my dealings with them. They don't get that, even though each time I am there I'm not a 'potential' customer, doesn't mean there isn't a chance I would return to do so, provided my experience with them was at least satisfactory. Short sightedness on their part.

  Best experience I've had with any dealership up front, honest, and trustworthy. Wouldn't recommend going any other place to purchase vehicle. Very patient with me and never felt and pressure at any point and the people working there right from the sales, finance and management were absolutely fantastic. Thanks for all your help and definitely will have a repeat buyer for life from me!

  Derrick the sales manager treated me like an actual person came out and greeted me when I arrived called after hours to answer questions I had. Anthony Wong my sales guy was great he drove out to vermilion to pick up a truck for me had it ready when I needed it answered all my questions and treated me like I mattered. I recommend going to capital and seeing Anthony he will treat you like family and help you in any way he can. I can honestly say if it wasn’t for Anthony and Derrick I would’ve shopped closer to home they are great and I will be seeing them for my next purchase.

  The #1 reason I come here is because they have a nice waiting room and I have 2 kids. The kids love playing on the climbing/slide structure while we wait. Today we were reprimanded by a rude salesmen for being too loud. First of all, if you are going to install a play space for kids you are going to have kids play in it. If you do not want the noise to travel to other areas of the dealership then you should probably put it in a separate room. Also the kids were not even being loud, they were taking to each other within the structure and if you have even been inside a plastic tube you will understand that it echos. If you would like to keep kids from not talking and playing then you should probably have installed a quieter toy for them to play with.

  I just picked up my brand Jeep Altitude addition. Not only did I get the best deal available from any other dealership in the area. The service was first class. Cam was very easy and nice to deal with, and a great salesmen. Extremely happy with everything all and all.
