  I have only needed service three times so far. Each time I explained I was not able to leave the van with them because their shuttle wasn't able to accommodate my wheelchair. In each case they booked a specific time for me to come in that fit with my schedule. The wait was never very long, and they seemed to want to have the work done quickly so I would not have to wait too long. If service was all I was rating them on, they would have scored much higher.

  Unfortunately, the sales department, in my opinion, seriously undermines the good service I get from the service department. The only dealings I've had with the sales department have been incessant pestering for me to sell them my van back and purchase a new one. No matter how many times I tell them the van has been modified for a wheelchair, they are unable to stop every sales person from emailing me asking to buy it back. It seems the Go Auto sales system is extremely flawed if they can't prevent sales people from harassing customers. I've even told them their pushy behaviour is more likely to send me to a different dealer than to keep me as a customer, but they insist there is no way to stop them.

  I had a amazing experience with a sales gentlemen by the name of Jesse Micheti. Highly professional and understanding. I didn't feel rushed and he understood my needs of by budget and car I wanted. Got me the best deal yet! I've seen plenty of sales men in my life but Jesse nailed it. Thanks for the great experience. I will see u again.

  Usually I am not a big fan of car shopping, but i prefer to purchase through a dealer than private. I had all my questions and concerns answered and feel very satisfied with the service. The finance staff was helpful in getting me the best rate.

  I originally gave a bad review for them. Once I realise that they were helping me as best as they could for my situation, I realised I had to change my review. First off mark and valentine are great salesmen. Also the finance ladies are amazing and went above and beyond. Saba also found me an amazing insurance lady. I've had very bad experiences with dealerships before and it has been the best experience I've had yet.
