  Parts staff are great, but their vehicle service staff absolutely ripped me off. I came in with an ignition cylinder issue. SA told me they could "diagnose" it for a fee. I agreed. I find out their diagnoses methodology was to just try the keys they had cut me that day, that I had already told them don't work, which their service staff had already in person saw, and then charged me 80$.

  I brought my out of province car to install engine block heater and received a very good, trouble free service. They managed to beat the price from the closest competitors and did a great job. If I'll stay with Toyota, I'll certainly keep this center on my list of favorites.

  Great. I like that they send text messages to remind you of your appointment. The waiting area is stocked with coffee and nice leather couches. I got my truck repaired here and the service was great. Spo

  Absolutely ridiculous. Could be the tumblers. Could be jammed. Maybe a locksmith could fix it. The tech and SA both said they would try to pull the cylinder (not sure how...) - had they said otherwise, I wouldn't have signed off on the diagnoses in the first place.

  Friendly staff and great shuttle service, but extremely overpriced and wanted to fix things that did not need fixing. Was quoted 6400 dollars to fix steering components in my truck, took it to a different shop the next day and was charged 2100. I showed the quote to the other mechanic and he showed me the parts Toyota wanted to replace and he said there were no problems he could see. Will not be taking my truck back to Toyota on the Trail. This is disappointing because my truck has been Toyota maintained since day one in Calgary and have had no problems.

  The service department is top notch, I bring my 4Runner here whenever possible for service. Really good price on everything, they do some fast work, and they wash your car.
