  Vehicle 467 was awesome! I use coop all the time. Today we had nearly 6cm of snow dropped and still my taxi made it to my house in 10 minutes and to my destination in an efficient matter. My cab driver was so polite and respectful!

  They need to teach their drivers that cars on the outside lane have to yield to the inside lane. I don't know what driver training they get, but it needs vast improvement.

  I left my wallet in a cab. Called a few hours later and was told if they would contact the driver to look for it. After countless calls to them, two days later the driver apparently got back to them. I was told he had been sleeping (for 2 days) as he works nights. Meanwhile a spending spree on my credit cards. When I finally got the call... the wallet wasn't there. Shocking. But apparently the driver was well rested so, that's a plus.

  This cab company demanded my son and I get out of the vehicle in -25°c without wind chill. While my son was sick! Because they don't allow drunk people to puke in their cars so he won't allow my son to... (WITH A PUKE BAG!) And left to walk home. I called them to complain and the company is now saying that I asked to be let out, and that I tipped him..
