  Super disappointing both product and service. When I picked up the car I was told it had never been rented before and the lady behind the service desk refused to do a walk around because the vehicle was brand new. Unfortunately when I got into the vehicle it was dirty and the cover for the axle nut was broken and lying in the back of the car... not exactly new. A lot of the extras were explained as "only $X more!" but were in fact PER DAY not per trip. A pretty classic upsell but annoying none the less. When I took the vehicle back after hours I did a walk around to look for any damages and I found none. A day or so after I received a call claiming the windshield was chipped and required $300 to fix and I also needed to go to their location and sign some paperwork. Over my lunch hour I arrived and was given a form claiming that the vehicle was in an accident and I needed to sign it to assume responsibility for it. Right away my BS detector was going off and I asked to see the vehicle but conveniently the vehicle was no longer there. I was told if I didn't fill out the form I was be charged $450 on my credit card and I should just sign and pay the $300 because it was cheaper. I filled out the form and was careful to mention that the vehicle did not appear damaged when I dropped it off and that I was unable to see the vehicle in person or any pictures of the damage. After signing I was told that in the next 1-3 months I would see a charge for the repair on my credit card.

  Rude I did not take it 2 different quotes one they told me over the phone at 119 .00 and the one he decided for the day 129.00 thats what he said when I called to book it unprofessional this is the 111ave 51 st.

  Finally I was told the driver had come and left, and they don't have a driver then. I missed my doctor's appointment. The next appointment was two months later. Thanks Budget!

  This review is coming in about 2 years late. In the winter I was suck outside with a flat tire. A young staff member came outside and assisted me He was so nice and helpful. I was very impressed.

  Needless to say this place is very sketchy, I felt like the salesperson was trying to trick me from the moment I walked in and I certainly wasn't surprised when they tried to trump up some unfounded charges at the end. My advice to to avoid this location at all costs!

  Never had a problem with service or the cars. Convenient location. Only wish hours were a bit better but it works for me.

  Very unprofessional. I was expecting a pickup for my reservation. They asked for my address and number. After waiting for 45 minutes, I decided to call them. Since the direct branch number is not listed I had to dial the Budget general number and wait on the line for ten minutes to get to the branch.
