    My wife had the credit card. I have the licence and we could not rent. Rediculous

    Horrendous experience. Rented car through service for Hertz, was advised that my car was not available and they would have to change to Thrifty. Did not want to rent through this DBA, guy showed me the car it was a beat up car high miles basic of basic and I was told it was an upgrade. Went to enterprise they honored the price and gave me a 2018 loaded car. Hertz/thrifty has issues voiding the contract took almost an hour to complete and void transaction. Poor poor service do not recommend at all.

    BEST place to rent a car at a great rate. Ask for the most friendly and helpful person OSANU. I just went there and got the right car from him without booking or calling ahead.

    Gave me a car with damaged axle, when I complained they told me don’t worry abt it. Returned the car and they said u damaged the car. Even with audio recordings. Complaint has been going around for over a month. Bunch of sketch artists at all hertz branches in Edmonton
