  Glen really took time to help me out - I was trying to get an inspection on a car in Edmonton but I live in Calgary. I have always been apprehensive about finding a mechanic who I can fully trust - I am pretty clueless about what's under the hood and have had disappointing encounters with less than honourable shops where I got seriously hosed or simply was talked down to. Not so here. I felt a lot of trust with Glen - he is really down to earth, kind, thoughtful and he went the extra mile for me. I was impressed. If I lived in Edmonton he would be my mechanic for sure!
