  I went to this carwash today in the winter. I go there and pay 16 dollars to wash my car, then seeing as nobody is waiting and 3 empty spots are still available I decide to hand dry my car. Then their employee comes to me and tells I can't hand dry my car and can dry it outside the carwash. He points to a sign that says I can't hand dry IF a customer is waiting. I feel him nobody is waiting and he tells me I need to leave if I'm done right now and can dry outside. He was so rude about it and obviously didn't understand my door would freeze if I went outside with them soaking at. He didn't even let me finish drying the one side I had started.

  I used to come here every week to wash my car and I would make sure to only come when it was empty because I'd hand wash my car rather than use a foam brush and the sign they have says no hand washing when customers are waiting. The owner then came in when I was the only car there and opened with "I didn't spend 5 million to have people hand wash cars" he then continued to insult the way I washed my car and said he "washes cars at car shows and knows what he's doing". Continued to say just buy a pressure washer. Worst experience ever... Most places if they don't want you to hand wash they say it straight up rather than talk about how much they spent on the facility.

  I use this place occasionally because it is handy. $1 a minute is expensive. Has decent pressure and chemicals and is kept clean. Staff range from decent to atrocious. It really pisses me off that the undercarriage has not worked since the new owners bought it. I think they just turned it off. There are washes I much prefer to this one but it is easy to get a full length pickup in and out of. No facility to do trailers though.

  Coin machine robbed my $20 and no staff here to help me out.. Also no number to call.. Perfect just sitting in front of Thier office now

  Had a hose burst on me while cleaning my car. The worst part is the employee working there wouldn't refund the time I had left ( timer was still going when I went to talk to him). After not getting anywhere I decided to use the next bay over which was then cut off as they where repairing the other bays pump. If this didn't happening I would've rated this place much higher.
