  My wife and I came in to the store as we finally decided to do something about our fireplace. We knew we wanted to use some sort of stone or tile but beyond that, we didn't know what would look good. Came in and dealt with Elaine. Easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions to figure out what was in our heads. Gave us a number of good options which helped to nail things down without getting frustrated or overwhelmed with too many choices. Product came in a decent time frame, everything was correct on the order, our installer did his job and everything turned out better than expected! Highly recommend Elaine and the company!

  Had a great experience at Tile and Stone. Elaine and Heather were very helpful and knowledgeable. Elaine helped my husband and I choose tile for almost every room in our new build home. She turned an overwhelming time into a fun and enjoyable experience. We are very pleased with all the product we purchased and how it looks in our home. Thank you :)

  PLEASE NOTE: this company removes bad reviews. I have already reviewed them once and instead of trying to contact me to rectify the situation, they simply deleted my review. I am a designer and i wanted to use a product they carry in one of my projects. I sent an online request for a sample and did not hear back within a week, so i followed up with a phone called. The woman who answered the phone said and i quote "we are very busy right now, i will take your name and number and call you when your sample is ready". I never got a call back, I understand being busy but following up is key. I will not be considering them for any other projects due to poor customer service, and dishonesty in the fact that they do not allow customers to publicly post their opinions unless they are glowing.

  Very good show room. Modern selection of floor and wall tile. Purchased my backsplash tile here at recommendation of my tile installer. Very reasonable prices!
