    Worst customer service.... manager rupinder has no patience to listen the customers' complaints. When my wife complained about the quality of her new shoes which she purchased only 3 days back and wore only for half an hour then she gave a shocking statement that " I don't know how long you wore it" . Her assistant also gave a statement that " you have bought a cheap pair of shoes and how can you expect the good quality". These people don't know even the basics of customers service. She claimed that no customer has come back complaining about the bad quality so far which I can-not accept. We have given back the shoes to her and walked out of store. It was our first experience with this store but was the worst. These guys need some customer care training.
