    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. What a rude manager!!!! I have never felt so judged and unwelcome in all my shopping experiences. A nice sales rep was helping me until the “manager” came over, interrupted and basically told me everything was too expensive for me in the store. He was very offensive.

    Rude staff and low quality clothing. Even they don't stand behind their products - they have an exchange only return policy because they know you'll want to return it

    The staff was great but the music was SO LOUD! I couldn't really enjoy my shopping experience.

    The brand is decent though so I like to browse online. If I'm feeling impatient, I'll browse online then go to the store to try and find it, otherwise I will buy online and wait for shipping.

    Not a great place if you need help. The clothes are packed together so tight you need lots of time to go through the racks. The salespeople range from slow to uninterested to rude. The managers are just rude. The return/exchange policy is quite strict- consider your money gone.
