  Doctor V was amazing & the definitely knew what he was doing & thoroughly helped out everyone. He told me exactly what was going on while doing a filling & knew how to keep a conversation at a professional level, treated me like more than just a patient. Linda was also simply outstanding. Very kind hearted & knew all the in’s & outs of her job. Highly recommend this place, very clean & knowledgeable people

  I recommend White Oaks Dental Centre instead. Instead of being condescending, and clueless, they're actually methodical, and Dr. Johma and his staff are friendly and patient-centred instead of just saying they're patient-centred. They sell professional waterpiks, which actually help people clean the back molars, instead of judging you for being subject to the passage of time, and having your own priorities.

  I had asked, in advance, not to be coached, because my field is economics (How people make decisions with limited resources, which explains why 5% of Canadians floss and 80% have gum disease (that probably means you. )) and theirs is optimal dental health. The manager responded that "that's not the receptionist's job." I don't recommend patronizing a place that gaslights its customers and then, in a fit of pique, threatens their access to the very dental health procedures they are seeking.

  Super friendly staff. The dental assistant was so pleasant and easy to talk to and Dr. Vig is amazing!

  They mess up our insurance almost every time and make us come back in to sign forms or pay extra. Every other dentist I have been to has been able to get everything done so I sign everything and make any payments before I leave and I don’t have to waste my time coming back in. The admin staff here is terrible and unhelpful. The actual medical staff a good in my experience but their admin staff really drags the whole business down.

  EDIT: The note below from the owner is someone pretending that the only thing that people spend is money and not time or spoons. I asked not to be coached because Jay is a smug bully who hates people who don't live their lives like him. I asked repeatedly and in slowly escalating tone. No he doesn't care, you gaslighting bully. We return you to the review in progress:

  Just got wisdom teeth out. Amazing service. Very nice workers !!! I felt comfortable the whole time!!! Would highly recommend for anybody needing their wisdom teeth out, especially if you’re a little nervous. The very nice people make it a lot easier!!! Job well done.

  The welcome letter said, "If you have any special needs or requests, let us know." Unless, apparently it's a request not to be coached on dental hygiene by someone who heard stuff by rote, but clearly doesn't know what they're talking about.

  These are people with more power than knowledge, and I don't recommend you use them if you're seeking a cleaning. They are mean. They are smug. They are liars. Friendly people who need jobs also work for them.
