  They have no idea what an appointment means and what their responsibility is if the doctor is running an hour late on previous appointments. Totally messed up when it comes to seeing patients on or around appointment times. Tried multiple times, the story is pretty much the same with all doctors.

  I have not been to this clinic was going to call,after reviewing the reviews on this clinic my concern of services offered by Doctors at this clinic and cosmetic procedures are not addressed at all for a new client reviewing wanting to hear from actual patients on procedures performed feedback due to a alarming number of complaints for their office receptionists and lack of communication on phone calls not being answered and patients being very frustrated and upset due to this. As a business owner myself I am quite disturbed to see Owner/Management has not addressed their clients obvious distress regarding this. Frontline employee (reception) is extremely important as the needs of your clients are clearly not being addressed if this has not been rectified.I can completely agree that a phone call should be answered immediately when calling a clinic about health care I find many reviews on this post very disturbing in regards to business management and client care when I was actually going to call about setting up a appointment I have now changed my mind after reading all reviews I am disturbed at the rate of people all saying basically the same thing then it has to be true.Owner/Management needs to rectify this situation obviously and sadly it seems to be ongoing issue not being addressed by the owners.

  Do NOT go to Dr. Hetherington. Grossly condescending and judgmental. I have never been ridiculed or laughed at by a doctor, nor have I felt so worthless after seeing a doctor, until today.

  I will never be returning to this clinic. I tried calling and it took 10 minutes to get through. When I arrived at the clinic the girls at the front were just talking amongst themselves while myself and another woman stood in line. After seeing Dr Liu who was very caring and addressed all my concerns I went to leave and the girls at the front were just sitting on their phones. I don’t find this acceptable at all. They were very rude when I asked for a label, they made it seem like I was bothering them.

  I brought my sons in last week as a walk in and the wait time was really short. Dr. Carpenter was really patient with the boys and clarified all of the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mary and Jubilee at the front were so friendly when we came in and made it very easy to book another appointment.
