  I came and was served by Mat. He was very nice and helped me take out my old stereo. The installers then installed a new double din pioneer with a backup camera and hotwired my existing dash cam. The whole job was done very well. The only issue was that they only used one screw for attaching the camera, I had to go back there so they could screw in another one.

  I purchased a fantastic new Pioneer stereo for my car here. I was served by Brett. He was very friendly and efficient and I found the guidance I received to be informative and not "sales-like". Based on this alone, I would go back to Certified Radio. HOWEVER, it gets better! I brought my car in on a Wednesday because my car stereo had died right before a road trip I was to take on Friday - not good. Brett fit me in and the stereo was installed by Thursday afternoon! Great sound for the trip!

  Best customer service ever! I came in with two broken fobs for a discontinued automatic starter. Darryl and Matt were able to come up with parts to make two workable fobs and saved me from having to replace the entire starter. I would highly recommend this business.

  I don't recommend this shop to anyone. They gave me an appointment at 8am !! And said that it will take 1 hour maximum. I went there and waited for 45 minutes and they didn't even look at the car so I cancelled the whole thing, they should consider that people have things to do and they should be more honest

  Had a car starter issue and they tried to fix it in the parking lot however they could not fix it. They booked me an appointment and informed me it was $110 per hour to fix it. I have no issue paying but the customer service rep said most likely it is a fuse. Now $110 to replace a fuse is not realistic. If it didn't end up being more than a fuse I would happily pay the fee. Needless to say I didn't go forward with the appointment. Whether the product is not sold by them anymore it should still be supported regardless. I would still recommend them as they are the best around however with the mass amount of competition out there seems like they are trying to bring in additional income by repairing issues that should be covered.
