  Went to pick up a order I had done and paid for online. Waited in line for 15 mins, while watching three people over at the cash register talking to eachother. No manager or supervisor in sight. You would think with all the staff standing around talking that someone could help. To make matter worse my printing had roller marks all over it. I would have complained, but did not want to wait another 15 mins.

  I have had the best service imaginable from this store. The staff has been great, and I have had rhe manager help me out. As well I don't normally buy warranties, but when I bought my wife's tablet I bought a warranty. Wouldn't you know, but hers was the one to quit. The store replaced her tablet absolutely free of charge. You can bet that I bought a warranty again. Today I'm going to the store to buy a new printer because not only do they have what I want but I know I will get the help I need.

  Been in this staples before, nice place people don’t really ask you if you need help they kinda just let you wonder the store. I’ve been trying to get a hold of their copy center and no one has picked up the phones in the last hour. I’m taking my business to Walmart I guess.

  Their printing services selection is pretty good but unfortunately when I returned to print, they said the machine was broken and told me to go to another location. The South Common location did print out my 8x11 glossy menus and it turned out nicely. Unfortunately, they cannot print custom-sized larger posters. Just take your business to Riley's downtown. Fraction of cost and done fast.

  Snobby Indian lady at the printing station needs to work on her customer service skills. We asked politely for scissors and she blatantly ignored us to help another customer standing BEHIND us. When we finally got her attention (after helping another customer behind us after the first one came to see her), she reluctantly went to get us scissors.

  Every other staff member is polite, smiley, and helpful. Would recommend everything except for the printing station.
