  If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. A bit of a back story for you all; I went into the store in January to discuss getting a floral crown done for my wedding. The girl I talked to assured me it wouldn't be a problem and said to come back at a later date after we discussed pricing and what I wanted. I called after Valentine's Day and the lady I talked to was beyond snotty. She even said "July is the busiest time of year for us" and that the girl I wanted to talk to was on vacation for 3 weeks so I left my name and number. Almost five weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called. The lady couldn't find my info in their system and said there was another girl I could talk to, and again took my name and number. That was last week. It has been a WEEK and still no call back. So I've decided to take my business elsewhere. It's sucks as my fiancée and I always went through this place for flowers (so my floral crown would have had significance) and I get fresh cut flowers monthly. No longer from them. Worst customer service ever.

  I will not provide that information on this forum. Suffice to say we found the rest of the broken box next to our porch this morning.

  Ordered flowers for my girlfriend as a surprise... they phoned her to see when they should deliver the flowers! You'd think a flower shop would know better than to do that. Two stars because the flowers have always been good quality but I'm taking future business elsewhere.

  Ordered easily online, friendly knowledgeable staff on the phone, order arrived at the estimated time .... bouquet has bloomed some impressive lillies!

  Amazing service and very creative and talented staff! They did the flowers for our wedding and they were impeccable. Delivery and coordination with the venue and our wedding planner was very straightforward. Really appreciated the time spent listening to what was important for us and tailored the designs to us. The end result was simply stunning and I still remember them very clearly, 5 years later!! Thank you!!!

  This company was hired to deliver an online arrangement but failed to delivery. The excuse they used that this was the holiday season and the we're busy. Well.... Christmas is next week, my wife's birthday was today.... thanks for nothing. How disappointing. I'll never use them again. Update.... they were delivered to the wrong address, was suppose to be delivered to her work, 5.5 hours late, left on the doorstep to freeze and half the water was in the bag..... terrible.
