    I am very disappointed with this funeral home. This would not be the first funeral home I would use based on my experience with them. I found the staff cold, abrupt and short tempered. They use intimidation tactics and have less than professional actions. I would use a different funeral home based on my experience. Wish I could have found something good to say but there was nothing I could think of after reflecting on my experience.

    We recently used the services at Memories for my daughter. The staff especially Kelly went above and beyond to make the service and whole experience exceptional. There were so many decisions to be made, and Kelly walked us through the process, from choosing flowers to the reception. The thoughtfulness of all the staff made a difficult time easier. I would highly recommend Memories Funeral Home when you need them. You will not be disappointed.
