  In my opinion, furniture is supposed to be a durable product n unlike other consumables, it is expected to last for years. What was supposed to be a single delivery of quality new product, expected to bring along some peace of mind as well, has turned into a series of replacement deliveries. Becoming weary n doubtful about the overall quality of the product, I called them today to know in detail about the product warranty n see if I could get the whole set replaced, n get a set with a bed that required a box spring instead; so there is no stress on the the side rails. But I was informed that it wasn't possible after eight days. About the warranty, I was informed that the product came with one year manufacturer's warranty.

  AVOID this store like the plague! The furniture falls apart within a month of having it. They charged me for the wrong item in the store therefore I received the wrong item. When they got the 'correct' item it looked nothing like what I purchased and they refused to return them without charging me 25% fee. They finally gave me the option to exchange without charging the usual 10%. I drove from out of town to do the exchange and the store clerk made me call customer care. This was because there was no record of a curtosy exchange on my file apparently. The customer care rep then told me there was an entry error and it would take two hours for the exchange to be applied to my account so I would have to come back again. I am disgusted by this company and I hope they shut their doors!

  I Recently ordered my bedroom furniture. I wanted something durable, so I went for a set which according to them was solid wood n the bed came with full slat system. When it arrived, one of the night stands got trashed during unpacking n off loading. I was told that I would get another one. Then found that the slats were damaged n the bed side rails were cracked, right out of the box. The delivery guys took pics n told me that these would be replaced too. Yesterday I got the replacement after a week, and to my dismay, found that one of the rails again had a similar crack. Now another replacement will be been scheduled in 2-4 weeks. The night stand is going to be delivered next week.

  Since I didn't buy the 'Extended repair warranty', and after observing the quality of their supposedly durable product, I now have to be very careful; so the purchase gives me trouble-free couple of years of service, as initially expected.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!! The furniture is CHEAP and NOT WORTH the price. The employees/managers are DISRESPECTFUL & unprofessional.

  The employees I've communicated with lack knowledge, are very UNPROFESSIONAL and have awful listening skills. The manager in particular (Morgan) is the utmost unprofessional, condescending, resistive, abrupt and disrespectful human being. She has a negative attitude and will talk over you. It's baffling that she is the store manager as I don't see any managerial qualities in her. She will argue with you and talk down to you.

  I will not be returning to Ashley Furniture in general due to the poor quality of furniture and the ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service I had to put up with. I cannot emphasize that enough, that's how bad it is. I regret buying furniture from them and wish I did not give them any business at all. I agree 100% with all the negative reviews on this store as I've experienced similar situations as well to what other ppl have mentioned.

  Edited: Accidental damage during unpacking n transportation is understandable; but receiving damaged parts/products right out of their undamaged cartons, do create doubts about the over all quality of the brand n it's QC department.

  Moreover, when each delivery demands 3hrs of availability from the customer, you should understand how frustrating it would get for him/her, to schedule & make time for three extra deliveries.

  Amazing service and super informational. If you're shopping here make sure you see Virginia. Typically my husband and I like to shop on our own accord without being hunted down by sales reps. Virginia was far from that. She was there to answer the questions we had but gave us our space to explore at our own pace. I appreciated her taking the extra step in showing us the mattress fitter, where we had to lay down for a few short minutes to gather measurements on how each of us sleep. Afterward, with the collected information, it provided us with a mattress recommendation. It totally worked! (Oh she even baked fresh cookies for us) Now it's a matter of patiently waiting for our new bedroom set. We cannot wait! The count down is on. Thank you Ashley Furniture for the quick service and professionalism. We had looked around at other locations for a bedroom set and there were no other stores that had offered the quality we are receiving for such a great price.

  Great experience at Ashley. My husband and I went to approx 7 furniture stores over the weekend and had the best service and saw the best value for the product at Ashley. We were treated well, and had attention but did not feel "stalked" like at some of the competitor stores. Beautiful products too. Highly recommend.
