  Absolutely amazing service from Sherri! She helped us choose the right fabric knowing I had a kitten, the right color to go with the decor, the right size for the area, with a totally 'can do' professional attitude. The price was fantastic and the delivery was only a few days. They called to say exactly when the delivery was coming, we could return ANYTHING with a full refund if we didn't like it when it arrived. Sherri even called to see how happy we were when the delivery came and if she could do anything else. The guys brought the felt pads so it didn't scratch the floor, they rearranged it as we wanted it and only left when we said we were totally happy. Can not thank Sherri enough for 10/10 service, lovely, thoughtful, kind and super helpful! HUGE THANKS SHERRI and I would for sure go back to Finesse! I hate furniture shopping but Sherri made is soooo easy!

  We recently purchased a sofa from Sherri. She was the perfect salesperson for me; she approached us when we came in, and then left us alone but checked back in with us regularly. Was very knowledgeable about the products. Friendly and approachable. When checking out with our purchase, we found Loren to be equally an excellent representative for the company; professional but really friendly as well. We've shopped at Finesse a few times, this was the most pleasant visit. I just wish we could afford to furnish our entire house there. I personally would love to see them offer a wider selection in a lower price range.

  We recently purchased some furniture at Finesse. We have bought from Finesse years previously.We really were not looking for anything in particular, just browsing. That is when we came across Sherri, very professional, knowledgeable and no pressure sales approach. We walked out of the store making a purchase. Sherri kept us informed on the delivery day of the approximate time our delivery was arriving. The delivery team was amazing, fast, quick and professional. We recommend going to Finesse Furniture in Edmonton for any of your furniture and decorating needs. Will continue to do business here.   In Feb/March of 2017, we were in the search of a sectional couch that could fit down our stairs and into our basement. Sheri, from Finesse, is one of the best sales persons I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is friendly, upbeat, knowledgable and genuine. She is a hard working, positive, professional person who always has a smile on her face and always welcoming.
