  Incredibly expensive, if you need more than a single light you may want to check out somewhere else. They have nice products overall but honestly it's easier to go to home Depot or Lowe's.

  Park Lighting has a long-standing reputation in Edmonton and you won't find a larger stock of inventory anywhere else in town. I was looking for a floor lamp with attached reading light to fit into a 1946 home in Old Strathcona. I had excellent service from a young man who showed me the different styles they had in the floor and then sat with me while I flipped through a catalogue for a company he thought made the style I was looking for. Turns out I found one I liked which they had in stock. The boxed light appeared quickly at the front desk after he requested it. He looked through all the parts to ensure they were in good condition, resealed the box and got a guy to carry it out to my car. Best of all, I have a month to return it if it doesn't fit the decor of my home. But it does, and I couldn't be happier with my lamp and the Park Lighting experience.

  We are forced to use them for our new house build, the sales staff are very slow. You book an appointment and then you are told to wonder around the showroom until the rep finds you. Not impressed, they used to be a great store.

  I went there first time because I was listening to radio and it was add saying it was charitable day special at Park Lighting and all the money would be donated for charitable organization.

  Beautiful furniture and lighting but no supplies for existing home lamps and such. It is a high-end retailer with design I haven't seen elsewhere. The staff were difficult to talk to. There were 4 in front of me talking to each other and I had to interrupt to get service. All of that said, I'd look again.

  The second I called with an issue with my fixture, I knew it was going to be a smooth transition. They dealt directly with the manufacturer to get my light replaced. They had answers for me immediately and I was assured me a new one would arrive soon. Within a few weeks a new light was being installed. The installer explained why the light stopped working and even showed me the changes the manufacturer applied to the new light to make sure it wouldn't happen again. I am very plessed. Park lighting has by far the best selection and the service to match.

  Best store in Edmonton period. Service is amazing, very friendly personal and the specials are awesome.
