  My husband and I bought a queen mattress and box spring set on Boxing Day this year and we were told that it would get delivered the following day, which happens to be a Wednesday that no one is home all day. The salesman told us ‘no problem’ and that it would get delivered on Saturday during the morning, and that we would get a confirmation phone call Friday evening. No phone call, and no delivery. I phoned Saturday afternoon and was then informed that they are “sold out” of the mattress. Does the brick not check their stock before selling? And why didn’t we get a phone call saying that our order will be late? Our mattress arrived on Tuesday, and unfortunately the box spring did not fit through our door. (That was our bad). The delivery guys were very helpful and returned the box spring to the store, and my husband went back to the brick and got a new one that is 2 pieces. We are told it will be delivered on Friday. Again no call and no delivery. I had to again call and ask if we are going to get our delivery at all. They somehow only have 1 of the 2 pieces. Now it is going to take until the 26th to arrive, and am told that this is just an estimate. meanwhile we are sleeping on our brand new mattress on the floor. I am not impressed at all by the customer service. Everyone was friendly and asked all my questions but the communication was horrendous. Looking forward to FINALLY getting our box spring and sleeping on our bed again. Mattress is amazing tho. 5/5 for comfiness.

  Friendly staff and selection was not bad. But why everything I asked for was out of stock or take weeks to get ordered? ??

  So I am fan of the product and the service at this outlet but not their BANK. Too bad they are so arrogant.

  BRICK was not my favourite. Their Credit bank DEJARDINS is a joke.

  Wow, can you guys please fire Nav? The girl could care less and was scoffing at simple questions. I was paying and the debit machine wouldn't work and for some reason during that time she walked away from me TWICE. Then when I found her and tried to get her attention she just rolled her eyes and slowly walked back. What a joke of an employee. Learn some customer service skills and stop being so arrogant.

  Luckily I did not need their BS. I paid CASH. Prices at outlet was fantastic.

  Had the worst experience. First of all they charged us more for some of the items on our invoice, and it took us forever to get our money back. Furniture was delivered a week later from discussed date. And then a week later delivery guys just showed up at our house, never called half hour before as requested, and then left 10 minutes later.
