  I was rear-ended in my beloved 25-year-old Honda and I knew it was going to be a write-off (this is still in process). A friend of mine knows Rob and recommended that I talk to him about my situation. He was extremely knowledgeable about such situations and took the time to give me loads of excellent advice and information. He also offered to get my car back on the road for me for an exceptional price. In the end, I never did end up getting the work done because as things turned out, it just wasn't worth it to put more money into a car that would need to be replaced soon anyway. I now have a new car. However, Rob's advice and willingness to go above and beyond to help me out in my terrible situation will have me recommending him and his shop to as many people as I can.   Rob is one of the nicest, most helpful and honest business owners I've met. He worked on both of my previous vehicles, and if I hadn't needed a new vehicle to get the modifications I need for my disability, I'd still be going there. He always treated me fairly. He showed me the parts he replaced, and he even told me I didn't need work done that I had asked for. I've referred him to friends and will continue to do so.

  I've been taking my car here for service for almost two years now and it's always a positive experience. Rob is so great at taking the time to show and explain to me exactly what he's done or needs to do, and unlike so many other mechanics, he's transparent and doesn't do work that isn't necessary. Plus the rates are super fair. The other reviewer here should be ignored because, as a woman I've been to mechanics who are completely patronizing and Rob is the opposite. He's respectful and I recommend B & R to everyone I know who owns a vehicle. My 27 year old vehicle has never let me down! Thanks Rob (:

  Rob was really friendly. He explained everything in great detail, before and after the repair. The final bill was exactly as quoted, even though the job took longer than was initially expected due to the parts being fused together. Rob could not get us in for a week, so he took our vehicle for a test drive to ensure that there were no safety issues. We highly recommend B&R Auto Service!
