  Les and Chris went above and beyond to provide us with amazing customer service, accurate billing, and quality construction throughout the project. They were fair, easy to get a hold of, patient with our questions (this was our first construction project, so there were PLENTY of them), and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

  As a young, female entrepreneur I had the worst possible experience possible from this company. Not only did they cause a two month delay in construction because of permit applications being completing incorrectly, they failed to complete over $25 000 dollars worth of work in my fix price contract and expect to get paid for the services. There approach to me was particularly unprofessional and included bullying and name calling.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with Les and Chris from BelVan and have nothing but great things to say about this company and it's employees/contractors. I am a first time business owner and they were extremely helpful in all aspects of my build out. They were very patient with me and very accommodating to me when I had changed my mind. They continuously kept me up to date on the timeline of the build. Our construction finished right on time and I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional, on-time construction.
