    I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the office manager Michelle at Norellco. She was rude, disorganized, and disrespectful to her staff aswell as myself. The other ladies were quite pleasant and apologetic for the mishap, however, I couldn't leave that office quick enough. Unless they get a new office manager with proper management and not to mention customer service skills, my review stays the same. I will be staying far away from that place!
