  Started personal training and had some issues needed to cancel, they are incompetent with paper work and even though I am done training and had their promises that I was done paying still money is taken out. Biggest scam I ever ended up in. They basically own your money till they decide to stop your payments.

  Spa Lady is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. When you sign up with them, they tell you that there is absolutely no charge to cancel your membership. They know that life happens and that's why there is no charge. Obviously it was bull as when I went to cancel because I was moving, it was over one hundred dollars. Of course, when I asked to cancel my membership, the staff turned cold. Don't waste your money here. There is a huge lack of equipment plus the hours are terrible. As well, 30% of the equipment always seems to be out of use.

  I've been going here for almost 10 years now and have always had good experience. Staff is friendly and approachable. If your asking about promotions it's usually best to talk to a trainer instead of the manager but she doesn't always explain things fully I've noticed. Also I think they could be better at fixing broken equipment a little quicker. But aside from that there's a wide variety of classes to take, lots of machines and weights to choose from

  Convenient location, staff always friendly and helpful, plenty of drop-in classes and cardio/weight machines. Would be nice to have more than 1 smith machine or squat rack or spin bike classes, but the space they have is limited so it's understandable. Really good weekday hours, would be nice to be open longer on Saturday/Sunday for those of us that are stuck at work all day on weekends. Overall great facility, staff, and prices

  I been going to Spa Lady Fitness for last few years and very happy with their service. They have really good scheduled classes throughout the day and I usually go to evening classes. It is at convenient location with parking. It's one of the best investment for my health and glad that I found this place.
