  I had decided to cut my hair at home and made a real mess. I walked in to Ultra Cuts and asked if they could fix my disaster. The woman who helped me was very nice. She listened to what I wanted.

  We took our son here for a haircut, he got in a chair right away and it has now been 40 minutes since they started. No wash not long just a simple trim... he is now in a second woman's chair so she can finish the job properly. I have no problem if you can't cut a boys hair. Just say you can't. Don't attempt it then get someone else to finish what you couldn't do in the first place. Honesty is key!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 45 DONT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE. they don't understand what a fade is and won't listen to what you want. They will give you the haircut they have been giving their 70 year old husband Charles for the last 30 years. Your hair will be ruined DON'T GO.
