  This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. I waited for over an hour even though I had an appointment. When the Dr. finally saw me, he kept going in and out of the office to speak to the receptionist. Choppiest intake assessment ever. He then pushed an asthma specialist on me which I did not want. He just went ahead and booked me with a specialist without my consent as my asthma is well controlled.

  However, in the last two or three months, from what I have seen, the way the office is run has improved greatly. I would say the clinic is above par now, compared to other medical centres in the city.

  this place is a joke. waited for 2 hours 20 minutes despite having an appointment. Dr. Han was pushing me to try medicines that I don't want to use because of side effects.

  The place is unbelievable, the receptionists book multiple people in the same time slot, and then explain to you how you are wrong when you show up with your appointment confirmation they sent to you for a different time. They don't admit they made an error and keep on pushing that you are wrong. While the doctors provide good help, their reception will ruin your experience and will make you wait for an hour even when you have your appointment because they got to push in 2-3 walkins in your time slot for which you had to wait for at least a week.

  The worst clinic ever, the receptionist have absolutely no knowledge what so ever when it comes to anything medical the one with long dark hair casandra maybe is as dumb as stump, Dr Han has got to be the worst doctor to ever work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

  It should also be noted, that all the doctors I have been treated by in the clinic have always been VERY good. Like, every single one is a solid listener, and they take the time to talk with you.

  Initially the clinic was run quite well, but began to go downhill in terms of customer service. I assume it is because they became much busier in a short period and poor office management. This is something I've noticed with other young clinics.
