By far one of the worst clinics/staff I have ever encountered. The front end were very hostile and not welcoming. Dr. Kreutz himself was extremely condescending and rude to any questions my mother asked him. Felt most likely as if this was a racial matter. Not only that but we had to wait for a long time despite the clinic not being busy!

I had no complications and recovered quickly so that I returned to work on Tuesday. I had very little swelling and no bruising. I followed the aftercare instructions as best as I could and kept ice on my cheeks for a long time. I wish I was provided a long sock for holding the ice in place like another oral surgery clinic. After some trial and error, I ended up holding the ice on my cheeks by tying a longer towel around my head.

I had a great experience at this clinic for my extraction of two impacted and two erupted wisdom teeth. I had to get my wisdom teeth out quick because part of one broke off, which resulted in an exposed nerve and shooting pain. I called the office on a Monday, when my pain started, and they were able to accommodate me on Friday of the same week.

I was in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. My appointment was at 9:15 and I left at 10:45. I completed some paperwork, had a very short consultation with Dr. Kreutz, got my teeth removed under general anaesthesia, and recovered in the recovery area under the care of a nurse.

Never coming here again or recommending this place. Such an uncomfortable and unfriendly environment.

Its worth mentioning that I had 2 appointments, a consultation and then the procedure (wisdom teeth) a few days later and BOTH times I showed up on-time and was made to wait OVER an hour both times. This was very frustrating for the consultation because it only took about 3 minutes once the doctor finally came and I hadn't planned to be away from work all afternoon. Was also frusturating for the surgery because although my appointment was 1:15 I didn't go in until nearly 2:30 and I hadn't been able to eat or drink since midnight the night before. Then of course after the surgery your mouth hurts to much to eat. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the surgery at all and therefor suppose it went well and would recommend for that reason. The staff who put me under were very nice and kept me very calm, which was great! I also found it a off-putting that the day the doctor took out my teeth I didn't even see him.... I was put under by a different medical team and woke up to a nurse telling me after-care instructions. I had some questions and really wondered how the surgery went but no one was available (The doctor was probably late for the next appointment and had to go which I understand) but I would have liked some more information about what happened.

They were really efficient and professional right up until I left their building after the surgery. There really isn't any such thing as after patient care here. I wasn't given a syringe for cleaning which I ended up needing even though they said I wouldn't, they didn't provide much information on what the normal healing process would look like - or problems to watch out for for that matter. I didn't get any follow up appointments, and when I went in myself with some concerns, my symptoms were considered "normal" without so much as a quick glance in my mouth. So while I've been fine with my experience, I'd just caution you that if you're a stickler for hands on pro-active care after surgery, you're going to have to be the one to bug them about it. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and round up from the 3.5/5 I want to give them since Google doesn't let you give half a star.

The most difficult front end staff to deal with in all my life. Not once, but twice did I have them being argumentative and difficult. Front end staff is your first impression......incredibly poor impression from here.

I thought the entire staff were professional and helpful. The reception staff answered all my questions I had over the phone and provided clear instructions for the procedure. I appreciated that the anesthesiologist introduced himself and he explained his process as he worked. My post-procedure nurse was friendly. She gave me water for my sore throat after being intubated, she gave great aftercare instructions, and she supported me as I walked to the exit.

The office gave me a pamphlet with more detailed instructions for aftercare, extra gauze for bleeding, two syringes to flush food out of the holes in my gums where the teeth used to be, and prescriptions for pain and an antibiotic.
