  I have been extremely impressed with Erin McBride from the west Edmonton Allstate location. Not only has she saved me hundreds of dollars per year on home and auto but she has done the same for several people I have referred her to. She has been accountable & professional but most of all, she cares about helping people to get the best coverage for the best price possible. In today's economy that is very valuable. I would recommend you give Erin a chance to earn your business. I'm certain you will be happy with what she can do for you.

  As a "decade plus" customer, this is the best insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Nobody wants insurance, and nobody is looking forward to the day that you need to call your insurance adjuster to make a claim.

  Absolutely THE WORST insurance company on Earth. Unprofessional AND highly immature staff, unreliable, terrible communication, disorganised and so on. You will never talk to the same agent twice as they hire wannabe bar stars that last a couple weeks before they are fired. Worst customer service I've ever had. I fired these losers and found a real insurance company that is ETHICAL, honest and CARES about their customers and keeping their business. Do not choose Allstate - YOU WILL REGRET IT.
