  A comfortable, well layed out office. The receptionist was attentive, and I did not have to wait long to get into my appointment. The insurance adjuster I went to was very personable, punctual, and real. My family has been going to this company for a long time, and there decades of selling and dealing with insurance I think makes them a reputable company.

  Worst company ever!!! Not even sure how Patti Bligh and klondike insurance are still operating. I will not air my dirty laundry however this company doesn't return phone call when they are supposed to, they tell at people, hang up the phone on people. FOLLOW UP: So in the end Patti with Klondike ended up issuing a cheque. But still insisting that they did not owe us a refund. My question, why would a company issue a refund if they had accurate evidence to back up the claim that they didn't owe it? Be a honest business owner. And keep netter records.

  I struggled with my insurance for two times ..but last klondike insurance helped me out with monthly payments plan with its best ,my insurance brocker is kayla and did a great job with awesome customer service ...thanks and i suggest klondike always

  The agents here are terrible, they don't try to help you... and when they have to do their job they get annoyed. I would highly recommend choosing another insurance company.

  Quick, painless and exceptional service! going onto my third year with Klondike Insurance for my motorcycle. I got a new bike this year and Melissa was amazing to deal with. She got my pink slip to me in a matter of an hour and I was ready to ride. I don't see using anyone else for my motorcycle insurance. Thank you so much!
