  do not sign up to this insurance as they have screwed me over with my monthly charged and they do not care about customer service. This company is not professional and will not solve any mistakes they caused.

  State farms been pretty good. Price is average what you'd get anywhere's else. Their customer service is excellent though. I was overcharged on my home insurance by an error in the old online form. My agent caught this and pushed for a refund. They stayed on the case until the cheque was delivered and on my doorstep.

  I've informed them I will cancel my policy because my monthly bill went up without any notification. They just said sure you can cancel and never offer anything to keep you even if I've been with them for 3 years. They should have informed me by phone before mailing it, that way your client will have time to decide if they would like to renew the policy or not. If I knew that there will some some changes then I should have not renewed my policy.

  This insurance company is too expensive for the service they provide and the only reason why I have my three vehicles and my house under their insurance auto and home policy are FLAVIA HOTTE and GRACE on reception, both of them are the best of the best on customer service, Flavia is always patience and has amazing knowledge skills, thanks Flavia and Grace for working so hard to put my 2016 Toyota Corolla on the road, I did everything on the smart phone (calls and emails) I didn't even had to leave my work place, Flavia did everything so perfect and fast she knows I am a busy man and understands my expectations as a customer. In the other hand I had a bad experience with another lady whose name I don't remember my English skills are not the best but she was very impatient and very rude she does not understand the State Farm philosophy on how to treat their valuable costumers and also I had another bad experience with the insurance brokers in Ontario headquarters recently my son had an accident in one of my cars and it was not his fault but just because the car was under the one way policy they are doing not much to solve my problem and practically they have left me alone dealing with another third party insurance company.

  Consistent Service - The staff and Stephen Bosch’s office go the extra mile for their clients. Every time I call into the office, I get to talk to a person who takes the time to listen to my question and find an answer. As a client for the past 8 years, I am happy to have my life insurance with State Farm.
