  I advise you guys to not go here, when i initial first came to this store to get my gold chain fixed. I had measured it to be exactly 16 inches, and had taken pictures with that of how the chain had sat on my neck. When i came to the store to get my chain back, i had picked it up and realized that the chain was shorter then usual.. I asked for a tape measurer and he said that he did not have one. I was going to demand for a tape measurer, AS ALL JEWELLERS SHOULD HAVE! Though it was my birthday, and i had drove all the way from the north to pick it up and had places to be. I had called one day later, and threatened to get police involved and tell everyone about the service that he does taking gold off chains, and the exact words of the conversation "You think your little review is going to do ANYTHING to damage my reputation?? I've been in business for 15 years try again." I just would like to warn everyone going to this store. To not be as foolish as me, and if you are going to this store which i have no reason as to why anyone would, to make sure you ask for a tape measurer and weight of the jewellery and to write it down on the paper for pickup. WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!
