  Had recently purchased a bracelet from Mappins Southgate center! The sales ladys name was Michaelle, she took the time to give me information on diamonds and diamond purchasing. She also cleaned an older ring for me while she was at it. I was very impressed by this sales lady and her non pushy sales. Will definitely be back for any other purchases in the future!   We bought our ring over a year ago and still do not have the right diamond or any of the certification for the ring my fiance is walking around with. Nobody can tell us the value of the ring she had for the past year or when the one i actually paid for will be ready.

  Tracy and jannice only ever deflect and say it is someone elses fault. They dont call us on the time frames they give us, instead they wait until we show up 2 or 3 months later asking for an update, just to tell us oops again.

  I found an incredible diamond set of earring and necklace at Mappins and I was thrilled with it! I was assisted by Kathy and she was very patient with the arduous task of choosing the right design I had in mind. Because of her great product knowledge and excellent customer service I was able to pick a very unique piece and was stunned with the quality of product and the value of price I paid. It has been a great experience and everyone in the team are very friendly therefore I would highly recommend Mappins to family and friends!! Cheers!
