  I personally believe that people's is a good company. I bought the ring from a different location and had a very good experience. The staff and manager were very helpful and polite.I would have given 5 starts if it wasn't for this manager.

  i was very disappointed in this store, my engagement and wedding bands were purchased there, so I went there to get my rings soldered together a month before our wedding, and not one but two of the staff members tried to talk me out of it. One even said "he has made his mind up about you, but you can still change your mind", so she advised against it. Like I was about to back out of our wedding a month before the date? Come on. I was planning on buying his ring there that day, but not after that. I went to carat jewellers across from people's, and had excellent service!

  Not the best customer service, and snotty staff, I don't recommend this jewelry store, problems with warranties as well

  My husband bought a ring for me from this store 6 years ago. I never had an issue with it until I needed to have it sized down. I took it in at the beginning of the year, they fixed it and all was good. 2 weeks later it snapped where they put it back together from the sizing, so I took it back in and they fixed it again. ( We have lifetime warranty for this ring) It took a month to get my ring back but I got it back and it was fixed. 2 weeks later, a piece fell out of it from where they had put it back together again. I took it back in and told them I wanted it fixed and fixed properly. The manager, Masood, tried to say that the size was wrong (it had been sized by them), that I wasn't taking care of it properly. He basically tried blaming it all on my. So I told him I wouldn't be leaving it that day and my husband would be in. My husband called and he got the same excuses, he eventually managed to get someone to listen and they said it had been fixed wrong. So after it was all sorted he left my ring to be fixed. Well we were supposed to get it back, after them having it for almost a month again. Apparently the manager, again Masood, had tried calling my husband repeatedly to ask about the shank. When my husband asked him which number he was calling, Masood magically couldn't find it. So now needless to say we're getting the ring back, unfixed and will be taking it elsewhere. We will never buy anything from People's Jewellers again. Worst experience ever.

  Very unimpressed with the manager Masood. Promised me that the ring I sent away would be back within two weeks. When I got the call from the company that was going to change the ring they said 1 month. When I talked to Masood he went back on his words saying that, that was not the case but that he would try to get them to hurry it along. He also told me he would get back to me. A week later no call or email so I phoned him. He gets mad during our call, saying I'm impatient and to let them deal with it. Tried to reason with him but he just kept talking over me. Very unprofessional manager.

  This review is for a manager who works at this location. I have had a very pleasant experience with peoples as a company but this manager almost ruined it. I won't be shopping at his location and i advice the same.
