  This place is absolute trash if I could give it 0 stars I would. Used to buy all my piercings here the people are never very nice but usually they get the job done. Today I go to buy a nose hoop they measure me like always as you're not aloud to touch the jewlery to measure yourself and they give me one that's enormous I go back and ask for one that actually fits and makes sense for my nose and " it's final sale, we're not piercers you should choose your own diameter" the girl I dealt with was beyond rude and unprofessional she tried lying and saying she was the one that initially helped me and saying she showed me the diameter and gave me a choice and I choose the bigger one. I was never shown the diameter once she measured me and assured that was the one I needed. Absolute bullshit going to go out of my way to find the owner to complain directly to and do everything I can to assure no one I know shops here. Wasted my money and my time here whatever you do PLEASE don't shop here, you guys just lost a loyal customer.

  Very impressed with the customer service. A previous staff member made a mistake with the size of the attachment I needed for a barbell. When I came back, they were very willing to help & allowed me to keep the old hardWare for sanitary reasons but also gave me 50% off the new hardware

  Love this store! The staff is knowledgeable and they have a huge jewelry selection! I would recommend this place to anyone!
