  I went to the location in West Edmonton Mall and bought a pair of tapers & plugs. I told the employee working what size my ears currently are at so she told me which size I would need to move up to. Unfortunately upon arrival at home, comparing the new plugs to my current plugs, they happened to be the same size. (I didn't put anything in my ears, just aligned them close enough together to see). I called back right away and talked to the employee who made the sale to me and she kindly let me know that the manager would be in the next day. So, I went in the next day and explained to the manager what happened and she was more than understanding, and let me exchange both tapers and plugs for a size up. Super happy with the customer service & products!
