  Convenient to centre of city. Quiet, well appointed clean room. Main floor room accessible to pool - restaurant. Convenient to Tim Hortons (attached) but did not use. Welcomed - very children friendly.

  This was my first time staying here. It was a very nice experience. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay at this location again.

  The location was our reason for choosing this hotel, the staff are the reason we continue to come back. They are happy to help with anything, very accommodating, and provide a great atmosphere in general. The pool area is kept very warm which is a huge bonus with young kids. It's always very clean and quiet

  We love staying at this hotel. The staff is always wonderful. Our travel has mostly been for medical reasons and we feel very well taken care of. The beds are comfortable and a good height (you don't need a stepladder to get in), the bathtubs have adequate handholds for people with mobility issues, and the toilets are a proper height for adults (you don't end up with your knees in your ears!). The rooms are always clean and well appointed. The room service menu has good variety and your meal arrives quickly. There is only one problem, the hotel has a water softener. We're not used to such soft water, it gives you a bit of a slippery feeling like the soap isn't rinsing off properly. I would highly recommend this hotel!

  My best friend and I really enjoyed our stay here back in early December after driving in from Calgary during a bit of a blizzard. Jessie at the front desk was so awesome to us. He took all our bags to our room in -25, brought us ice and even called us a cab. He was really awesome and made our check in and stay extra memorable. He really went above and beyond. Thanks Jessie!
