  Well situated in the heart of downtown. The room was clean and well suited for a working stay. Breakfast buffet was yummy!

  Reasonable rooms, wallpaper was falling off in our bathroom however. Also extremely expensive restaurant, no reason 2 eggs should cost 14$.

  Checked in with no problems. Especially since flight was late getting in from Phoenix due to a snowstorm in Vancouver. Kevin was great at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated, but see no problems with cleanliness. There is the valet option for parking here which we will take use of for the hockey game tomorrow. There is an independent owned parking lot in front of the hotel that I overheard another couple talking about that daily fee is $56. The valet is $32 and as long as you're not an oversized vehicle you fit for underground parking. But the oversized then park in the independent lot in front of the hotel and you're ok.

  Very happy with the location of the hotel. The rooms are very large and very clean. The staff are great. I brought my son here for his birthday and the guest services supervisor Angelica was truly amazing. She made it extra special for him by sending up a chocolate cake for his birthday. What a doll. I can't say enough good things about the staff here. Truly a great experience.

  We didn't experience much of the hotel but we were able to check in early and they offer valet parking. Every staff member was very friendly. Location downtown is great! Close to some of our favourite restaurants and the new Rogers Place Arena. Definitely staying here again.
