  Close walking distance to many stores and only a short drive to many more. Ideal location if you're here to shop. Would definitely stay here again.

  Great value. We were a family of three overnight on a shopping trip. Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the waffles at the included breakfast bar.

  Absolutely lovely place to stay! Came to Edmonton with the boyfriend for lasik eye surgery, we got out earlier than expected and went to the hotel we previously booked, they told us that we would have to pay a early check-in fee. I work for a hotel in my city and if a guest were to check in with us earlier b/c their surgery was faster than expected I would not charge them an early check in fee, anyways we decided to go else where! We walked in and the front desk lady was absolutely amazing! I wish I could remember her name! (It was Jan 6th, 2018 around 1PM) she got us into a room asap and even upgraded the room! I can't express how lovely the service was!

  Really enjoyed my stay here. Beds are really comfy and the options of soft and firm pillows was a nice touch. Great to see that if you forgot a toiletry then you could pick it up at guest services. Breakfast was your classic hotel breakfast, fruits, muffins, waffles but they did have pancakes and sausages one day which was a nice change.

  Standard hotel, pillows not very comfy, seems old/slightly dated. Some updates definitely made. I like that the pool/hot tub is open until midnight, and it is very accessible to the mall, west end of town. Staff are lovely!

  The room was clean and very very cozy! Also was a very large room! In the morning breakfast was delicious! The ladies also doing the breakfast were very polite and happy!

  Great rooms! Great breakfast! Wish it went a little past 10am though. Be VERY careful walking on the tile floors in the hotel room bathroom and around the pool area. Slippery wet or dry.
