    Place is full of bugs and mold when it rains water comes into building water pressure sucks

    Ended up staying here for two years simply because there is nothing else as affordable in Edmonton. Its OK, a bit regimented, and everything fine until it comes the time to reclaim your deposit. I left in November and am still waiting for my $300.
