  I placed an order which was confirmed via phone including an expected delivery time and address. Approximately an hour after the time we were given for our order, I called back and there was no answer. No-one showed up and we received no update on our order.

  The food used to be pretty good with friendly staff. The past couple of years this place become terrible. This time I got 2 slices of pizza and a drink for $6. The usual cost is $5 for this and that is the posted price but this guy was not going to follow that price. Between the 2 slices of pizza I had one slice of pepperoni and almost no cheese.

  When I called back today, I explained the situation and asked what they planned to do about what happened. They vehemently asserted that they called us and said my number was out of service (which they did not, and it wasn't) and that the driver tried to come by but that there was no answer (which they did not as there was a room full of people expecting a delivery order).

  I have never experienced such absolute negligence from a food delivery service before. After literally a room full of hungry, pizza deprived people ordered from here we were totally shafted when the delivery driver NEVER showed up. Apparently all the lights being on, having a working door bell, and a house full of people wasnt enough evidence of our presence in the house for the delivery driver to even try to bring us our food. Upon complaining the next day, they offered to rectify the situation with a FULL PRICED meal, because apparently that's a solution to customer complaints.

  Do yourself a favour and order your delicious greasy goodness from a reputable, reliable, honest and professional restaurant such as Pizza 73! They do an amazing job every time and have never broken my heart like this :) After a long day, when all a gurl wants is some 'za, and she gets ghosted on cheese.. that's real pain, mango. Save yourself the torture and disappointment.

  Most negligent, disappointing, and shockingly horrendous overall experience I have ever had in my entire life. This place is absolute trash, and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
